To change an entry, first remove your existing email address from our mailing list. To remove an entry, type your email address in the form above and select the 'Unsubscribe' option from the drop-down box before clicking the 'Submit' button. An email will be sent to that address asking you to confirm the delete request. Your entry will be removed when you click on the link in that email. Then add your new details (email address, first name and last name), select 'Subscribe' from the drop-down box and click the 'Submit' button.

Each time you click 'Submit' you will be asked to enter text in an image to help prevent automated attempts at gaining access to our mailing list system. When you submit the answer to that security question, an email will be sent to the email address you enter above, asking the owner of that address to confirm the request by clicking a link to our database.
